As a Skills Development Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Contributing to the identification of skills development priorities through business strategy knowledge and data analysis
Providing expertise on skills development aligned to external trends and practices
Developing priority skills of employees by curating impactful learning content and where necessary defining the requirements for targeted instructional design
Partnering with key internal/external stakeholders to lead skills development solutions, curate content, and measure impact
Leveraging vendor relationships in alignment with the learning strategy and curation needs to maximize ROI
Requisitos e qualificações
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Three (3) years of experience in content curation for Learning & Development
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Strong collaboration with internal and external partners, strong organizational skills. Learning mindset and at ease with agility.
Business knowledge and expertise would be desirable
